The beds were comfy and the bar had a great vibe. the location was key, with a subway stop right outside and only a short walk to a major square. Plus, the free beer upon arrival was a nice touch.
the staff, for the most part, were moody and unhelpful.

Staff was willing to accept my skis and ship them for me. Everything really clean.
Not able to enter lobby through stairs. Forced to take elevator.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The contemporary design of the room was also a nice touch, giving it a modern feel. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to public transportation and many city attractions.
The shared toilets were not well-maintained and gave off a dirty atmosphere. It was also a bit inconvenient that the signboard of the hotel was small and not easily visible, causing confusion upon arrival.

the staff were fantastic, location was so easy to get to and from the centre of the city, the rooms were basic but clean and exactly what you paid for. the social aspect was brilliant, the bar was a great place to meet everyone and you made so many friends in the lounge area. loved the free drink/food deal every night too!
the lounge could have been bigger but thats it

I stayed here for 5 nights in late October and really enjoyed the location, the endless number of little 'cafe/restaurant/bar' establishments in the area and the Metro station right outside the door. I found this line (u8) a good line to be on for the places I wanted to go. I liked this side of town too, it's become quite the trendy area but the former East Berlin influence is still visible in some of the architecture. It might end up being a bit pretentious in the future as it becomes increasingly more expensive to buy into but it's still a mix of old and new. I walked into the city centre from here, every day or multiple times a day. My room here was comfy and clean, the noise from the heavy, clunking doors is audible at night though. For a large hostel, I didn't find it overly or continuously noisy. The showers and toilets were clean and well kept, I also never had a problem with availability, given there seemed to be quite a few rooms on my floor. I like that the showers/toilets were around the corner, down the hall and away from the rooms. I never went to it but apparently the bar in the basement is very popular, even with the locals. There's a lift in this hostel, very handy!
Nothing really, I didn't have any problems while I was there.

The hostel is located in a safe part of town, close to all the main tourist attractions such as Mauerpark and Alexanderplatz. the neighborhood is vibrant, with plenty of food places and a 24/7 liquor store nearby. the hostel offers comfortable beds and clean showers, and the bar in the basement is a cool place with its own brewery. the staff is helpful and friendly, and the hostel provides a guidebook about the city's history and culture.
Some noise from the street can be heard, but that's expected in big cities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The room was incredibly clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was well-displayed with plenty of space, perfect for a group of six. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right next to a tram stop and near to everything in the heart of the city. The staff were extremely helpful, especially the night shift who gave us great information about this city.
Nothing to mention.

Excelent location. Gentle staff . Very confortable and decoration is funny. It seems that it was recently reformed.
What bothered us was the noise and the bad smell of the shared showers. Even though, we would return fortunately!!

Friendly staff and their english were excellent. We loved our stay! A great bar in the basement as well. Great place to start a night out.
They Said the wi-fi would work in all rooms. But it just worked occasionally in our room.
